Cancellation Policy

To continue providing the best possible care and service, we’re updating our appointment policy in response to an increase in late arrivals, missed appointments, and last-minute cancellations.

Updated Fees:

• Late Arrival (10+ minutes): $20 fee
• No Call / No Show: $35 fee
• Late Cancellation (less than 1 hour notice): $35 fee

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will always do our best to be flexible. Following these policies helps us serve all of our clients and patients more efficiently.
