Our Story

After tiring of practicing medicine in an all too rushed 10 doctor practice, Dr. Dubil opened Pinebrook Animal Hospital in 2012 with the aim of giving each appointment ample time to nurture the doctor-client-patient bond. At Pinebrook, we believe this relationship has become lost in our fast-paced society. Our boutique-style hospital atmosphere reflects the comforts of home while giving excellent care, from the moment you walk in and are greeted by a friendly face until the moment you leave.

Our Unique Strengths

Pinebrook Animal Hospital has taken the initiative to become voluntarily accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). We have undergone rigorous testing and have met over 900 standards to become accredited. This is a high honor because, as a voluntary accreditation, we have taken the time and the effort to become certified. Only 12-15% of all veterinary hospitals nationwide undertake this monumental task. This means we provide the most up-to-date medicine and services possible and take the care to meet those standards continually. This is the highest accolade a veterinary hospital can achieve.

In addition to practicing the best medicine available, the staff at Pinebrook tries to make each visit as pleasant as possible, even for the most anxious pet. Sometimes there are pets that just don’t want to go to the veterinary office and are simply stressed—not like Rusty the Retriever who walks in wagging his tail every time. We are Fear Free Certified, enabling us to help those pets that need some additional TLC and special handling to make their visit stress-free or at least as calm as possible. The entire staff is trained in ways to alleviate your pet’s anxiety, whether it be through a quiet appointment time, distraction with treats during the vaccines, or pheromone and drug therapy; our staff knows how to handle it all.
